PRE-ORDER POLICY

Some items sold on SLEEZClothing.com are offered as PRE-ORDER items. Pre-orders allow us to produce limited runs while maintaining the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Pre-order items require additional production time before shipment. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and fulfillment unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production timeline and understand that your item will not ship immediately.

All estimated shipping times are approximate and may occasionally be affected by production or logistics delays. If delays occur, we will notify customers via email.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Because pre-order items are produced in limited quantities specifically for customers, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

LIMITED RELEASE ITEMS

Many SLEEZ® products are released in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out. Pre-orders help secure your piece before production is completed.
